Willy's Mexicana Grill - Tucker

I visited Willy's Mexicana Grill for the first time on Tuesday, and I was truly delighted and impressed. Compared to similar chains like Moe's and Chipotle, I found their selections to be more appealing. The soup was amazing, and I will definitely be going back. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly—exactly what you hope for in a dining experience.

The food was delicious overall, but I did notice that the salsa bar could use some attention. It was a bit messy, with dried salsa spills all around, and they only had one flavor available. A more frequent cleaning of that area would definitely enhance the experience. In fact, I took the initiative to wipe it down with some napkins myself. On a positive note, the presentation of the food was great, and the restaurant played some enjoyable music while I waited for my order—though it was a bit loud, the tunes were nice. Despite the small issues, I’m giving a solid 5 stars because the excellent customer service really outshines everything else.

They treat certain people different. Didn't feel friendly when I went in. Shorted me on my burrito any other Willy's in Atlanta is good but you got some locations where the customer service is the best. I probably won't come back to this location. For that I rank 1 out of 5 needs new management and customer service etiquette.????

I visited 08/31/2022 1pm It wasn?t too busy, restaurant was clean. The staff on this particular day was so friendly and efficient! There is one lady, I wish I I got her name, she made our food and was so sweet, a great multitasker made our food and door dash orders at the same time. Food was great we will be back!
