Hudson Grille Tucker

Was in several Hudson Grille sites with variable results, but our experience at the Tucker site yesterday was not good. From the beginning to the end it was a train wreck. One bright spot was Coco who was behind the bar when we arrived. She was new to Hudson Grille she told us but was very friendly and seemed to serve us. It went downhill. The overpriced food was at best not a good medium wing. The Martini was served in plastic and was rinsed. The manager literally fired another bartender while we there and then with it in the dining room before customers. Very unpleasant.

I enjoyed my time at St. Patrick's day at Hudson Grill. The beer and the wings. Service was fast and friendly. The green beer was funny.

Yea definitely Bri is great and the drinks are solid and good food. If you want good food and good drinks

Tonight, my bill came to around $38, but I received a check for nearly $66 that belonged to the wrong table. Meanwhile, I noticed the waiting staff more focused on their phones than on serving customers. It's no surprise that Metrotainment has closures at some of their restaurants. I regret having to write such a negative review, but it feels like this establishment isn’t concerned with improving. You did credit my account and provided a copy of the transaction, but that doesn’t address the overall experience.

To start, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only a few patrons at the bar. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffles, along with the fried chicken plate that came with mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as collard greens (which I swapped for mac and cheese due to its pork base), and a brownie sundae for dessert. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The chicken in both dishes lacked crispiness and tasted overcooked. The waffles were hard and nearly impossible to cut with our utensils, almost as if they had been microwaved. The mashed potatoes had bits that tasted like they had been left out for too long, and the mac and cheese was simply unappetizing. The only reason I gave this place two stars is that the brownie sundae was genuinely good, and the service was acceptable. However, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant.
