An address where we used to go, and were satisfied. But one rather hot evening last August, the terrace was crowded, and the staff clearly overwhelmed. Perhaps also understaffed. But that should not be the case. no case falling on the customers. We were inside with an elderly person and it did not go as usual. A lot of waiting (more than an hour) for very simple dishes, smoked salmon whose ravigote sauce had disappeared, and a plate of pasta. When we asked if we had been forgotten, we were told that there were two tables before us!!! We quickly understood that the terrace came first. We felt like we were being transparent. And yet, we had reservations. We did not dare to have dessert, for fear of having to wait again, because the elderly person was tired. What should have been a good time was not at all. So, we can understand that certain situations are difficult to manage and we were ready to be lenient, but a commercial gesture would have been welcome, a word of apology would have been enough but it never came.. And that is the basis. Damage
