The good selection of meals with a strong Italian understanding, mixed with passion for cooking and comfort foods and beverages. All round this is one of the few iconic restaurants in Perth, well worth my patronage and anyone else who enjoys a lifestyle of relaxing when dining.
We attended this restaurant for a small family occasion! The food was very good as was the service! Very quick in fact! Our evening was spoilt by the person in charge declining to let my husband have his no/low alcohol beer! (We would have been happy to purchase low or no alcohol beer at the restaurant but they did not have any). I guess if you have a medical condition that limits your alcohol intake the restaurant could be more understanding! Anyway, after pleading with the person in charge he was allowed to have it provided we paid corkage (which we did)!<br/
Great italian food. Decent sized servings. Friendly attentive staff.<br/ <br/ Just what you would expect from your Italian trattoria.<br/ <br/ Will be back soon
Went here for a family dinner last night and it was great. To start with the waiter looking after our table had personality and was on the ball.Pizzas were wood fired which always a bonus with a nice thin crust. My Son ordered the lasagna and he inhaled it.We will definitely be back.
Have just moved to the area and decided to take my parents to my new italian local! A few ladies at work had also recommened them. I was not disappointed. This suburban traditional trattoria was delightful and buzzing on a Friday night. We bought our own wine but BYOW is only midweek. None the less i was impressed with the cab merlot i selected. There were only about 4 reds available by the glass). I went to order the grenache and was impressed that the friendly waiter bothered to check if i had noticed it's served chilled. I had not so this was grest and i changed accordingly. The menu is extensive with a GREAT selection. All the friendly staff we encountered were ever so accommodating. When there was a mix up with our table partly my mistake) they were apologetic gave us complimentary herb pizza twists which cheered up my grumpy mother. My chilli mussels $19) were outstanding. The sauce perfectly delicious and mussels big fresh meaty and melt in your mouth. Garlic bread $6) Ricotta pumpkin cannelloni $26) and tortellini ana panna $26) delicious. Prices on the higher side..... $32 for a parmi but this seems to be in line with the ever popular Ciao Italia. Coffees were good but our limoncello cream melting moment was lacking zing and flavour. Might try the whiskey cream gelato next or the alcoholic dumplings. Mmm. Look forward to returning
