Buffalo Wild Wings Tualatin

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION; THEY DO NOT HONOR THEM! I spoke directly with a manager, and she informed me that they don’t accept reservations through any platform. I’m not sure why it’s listed as available on OpenTable.

We celebrated my son’s 9th birthday with a dinner for him and his friends. Our waiter was entertaining, and the kids really enjoyed themselves!

We visited this restaurant because my son wanted to celebrate his 26th birthday there, as he really enjoys the food. We drove an hour from McMinnville to get there. We were seated promptly, but after we placed our orders, the waiter mistakenly delivered the wrong item to me. After sending it back, the waiter went on break and informed us that another waitress would assist us, but we never saw her. Half an hour later, when the waiter returned to check on us, I still hadn’t received my meal. Eventually, another staff member went to retrieve it, but by that time, everyone else at our table had finished eating and was ready to leave. On the positive side, our son did receive a slice of cake for his birthday, which was a nice touch and probably the highlight of the evening! Given that the restaurant was not very busy, resolving the order mix-up shouldn’t have been an issue. There was no attempt to make the situation better, and since it was my first visit, it was quite disappointing.

I made a reservation a few days ahead of time for a birthday party on a Sunday at noon. The host didn’t know about it and hadn’t planned for our party, so not only did we have to wait, we were sat at a terrible table with very little room. Not a great experience.

We love BDubs!! Great Happy Hour, wonderful wings and service! Yes it’s busy and loud but that’s the whole point and we enjoy it! We love the app, we eat there often so we get a lot of points for free drinks, appetizers and meals! Mike/Michael at the Tualatin locating is the BEST!!
