Shān Hǎi Tíng げんた - Tsuruoka

This little restaurant is great! Food is delicious and incredibly fresh! We have tried everything, it is worth it even if you don't really understand what you order. The waitress and the cook are super nice! Definitely recommended.

Best sushi in Murayama, hands down. It is on the pricey side sets running at around 2500 yen but I'd say it's more than worth it (of course you can order individual nigiri pieces). Always a lot of fresh fish and the master, Fujita, doesn't compromise with the fish he serves. It does sometimes seem like it is closed without warning on occasion. Recently started doing lunch.

Fantastic. I got the Chirashi and got blown away.
