Went to the truth or consequences brewery, and this restaurant screwed us for 70$ for 2 ruebens and 1 gyro. The ruebens were an absolute mess, one of our sides was missing, and the one that showed up (funnel cake fries) was undercooked, mushy and bland. What a great treat for our small town of Truth or Consequences to have such a great chef. Have eaten there quite a few times over the last year. Best homemade pasta and the most heavenly sauce and meatballs. He is switching things up on the menu these days so I had gyro. Beautiful presentation, freshes ingredients and the tastiest homemade fries on the side. He's such a talented chef. Will be back.
