Pizza Hut - Trussville

Tried to went in at 10:15 yesterday. Door closed. Employee from the inside, on a phone ignored me. When I tried to heil her attention she flipped me off.

My order was over a hour late being delivered with no proper notification. Also I had missing food and have yet to recieve my refund or any type of compensation and will be calling to file complaint again with pizza hut customer service

Pizza isn't always consistent but it'd generally decent with very good on

Passing through on our drive from Tennessee to gulf shores, ordered ahead online. Friendly staff, pizza was ready when it was scheduled to be. Generous on the toppings that were ordered. Thank-you for your service!

Ordered a pizza on the app, went in the store once the app tracker said it was ready and the employees said they had cancelled the order. No notice to us or anything, the app said the order was ready for pickup. They just told us we could wait there so they could start making it now that we were there.
