Bubba Ray's - Truro

Food was good and quick service. We both had beer battered fish and chips with a beer each. Very reasonable price and service was excellent. If your in downtown Truro definitely check out this restaurant!

Pork Special was ordered ,,,,, then revoked ,,, unavailable ,,,, so with half order ribs as a substitue !!,, for another $ 9 !!!!!so i ordered Fish / Chips instead ,,, and substituted the fries for salad ,,, The fish hard an over cooked and likely from frozen ,,, 1 piece only ,,, the salad surcharge was another $4 ,,, unbelivable!! total of $ 16 !! disgusting and EXPENSIVE !!! ,,,, Dont go here !!!!

Came here for beer and wings and couldn't decide on what kind of wings to get there's such a huge selection of sauces!!

A fairly large Group of us were in Truro on business. We all trooped over from the Hotel for a bite to eat. Bubba Ray's is much like any other sports bar. As the name implies, there is alcohol, sports on televisions and food. They are most famous for their wings but have other fare typical of this genre of restaurant / bar such as sandwiches, burgers, fish etc. See the website for complete menus. The wait staff was attentive and the food came in a reasonable time considering there were about 25 of us all at once. The food was very good for the type of food it is.I would definitely go back again.

Food (chowder, fish & chips, burger, rueben) were fair at best. Wait staff hustled, but did not keep up well with the Friday night crowd. Chowder had cooled somewhat, appetizers came at same time as entrees, one order was incomplete. No bartender on duty so wait staff had to make drinks which slowed service even more.
