Tashua Knolls - Trumbull

The program faced several delays due to local politicians and others stopping by to congratulate the awardees. As a result, I’m not sure if this affected the quality of the food. We were served a variety of dishes including pasta with sauce, chicken with mushrooms, meatballs, sausage, and a seafood platter featuring shrimp, clams, and fish. The seafood platter and pasta were quite good, but the meat dishes were very dry, almost as if they had been left out for too long. While this could have been due to the delays, it's hard to say for certain. The venue is situated on a golf course, which adds to its charm, and I might consider returning to explore the bar and restaurant side in the future.

The staff provided excellent service to their customers today.
