Sarku Japan - Trumbull

This place always sells old sushi. Tastes like it was made the day before. The rice is damn near yellow and crusty. The shrimp batter was hard. I gave them 5 chances on different occasions at all different times always the same result.

Did Uber eats had a missing item, called them and left message and no one ever called back! Waste of money and time! Clearly no costumer service and food was just ok

I ordered on Sunday for lunch with the family, I ordered 2 chickens with shrimp, the shrimp were raw, I noticed that the cook did not last almost making the shrimp, the place was not so full for him to make them quickly and poorly cooked, eating things without proper cooking can poisoning a person, honestly my son vomited when eating those shrimp, I always order chicken, but I wanted to order something extra for a change.

I have ordered Chicken Teriyaki from this location (at the Trumbull Mall) for years and it is always good.My order tonight would be fine but it was missing most of the vegetables. I actually counted three pieces of cabbage, one carrot and two pieces of broccoli.They used to include mushrooms which I would always get extra of and I don't know if they stopped using them or I missed out on the one or if I was lucky, two slices. So, not enough vegetables, no mushrooms and definitely could have used more sauce.Other than that...

I got the dumplings they were dry and came with no sauce. I also got spicy tuna rolls which were small and awful.
