Philosophy - Truckee

The food is incredible! My wife was the best I've ever had, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I really enjoyed the meatball appetizer, but the standout dish was definitely the shrimp. All the meals featured local ingredients, and it really made a difference! Mmmm. This restaurant has become one of my favorites in Truckee!

Delicious food and an outstanding selection of beers. The live music on Wednesdays is fantastic!

Good food, freshened, they have a choice of vegetarian or vegan on the menu. The selection of local beers is really good. You have live music and trivia nights as an additional entertainment that is FUN. great and friendly advice

This relatively new spot in Truckee is adorable and tasty. We went during the holiday season and they had everything all decorated with a tree by the fire and mulled wine on the menu. All the dishes dishes are made with local ingredients and the selection we tried (arugala salad, cauliflower soup, and a cheese board) were great. They were also extremely accommodating of our gluten intolerant and celiac needs. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to check out one of the loved music nights.
