New Moon Natural Foods - Truckee

When I first moved to truckee, new moon was a tiny operation with a sad product section. the days are long gone. several extensions later, this is an amazing small town health shop. large, 100% biological range, much locally swelling. a surprisingly comprehensive selection, not every last chile or any sort they would find in food business, but 99% of the usual clips. amazing selection. rice, nuts, flour, beef, cereals, quinoa, seasoned, dried fruits, they call it. everything without the waste of extra packaging. way larger than the food business pouring sections, which are usually only nuts and chocolate, not food. good selection of other products that I like sauces, tofu and such, but somehow limited by the room. for one because they had no hoisin sauce, now they have a strange cocosnus. great course of supplements and those who are not my thing personally, but I appreciate his there. smoothie bar is also not my ding. the deli eating and prepared dishes are not bad at all, but not as amazing as the tahoe city location uncommon kitchen (which has a few dings in the cooler in truckee, but it is never really well sorted.) always from whole grain/local bread. I wish they would try to pick up additional suppliers there like tahoe bread. co or the people the food hub conditions. large craftsmanship, many large doses. wein selection is not so much a place for me, but they have a beautiful nigori sake that I appreciate.

Large vegan sandwiches, juices, smoothies, cookies and more. also very nice selection of food, mostly dinge, which they cannot find on the safeway.

Staying in trucke seems to be the best option for vegan foods. they sell a lot of milk and meat, but have vegan cheese, mylken, cookies, etc. they can in any case supply enough here to make meals.

If I had one of them in az instead of all the means of life, I would exchange it in a second. all they want to be on camp, vegan meat, vegan cheese, rice, beef, organic products, essential oils. super happy we found this place.

This store was the best spot for vegan shopping in Truckee. So happy it exists! A tiny spot near Safeway with everything we needed picture Whole Foods meets local co-op. Great salad bar, including vegan tuna, and two delicious vegan soups. The deli has two vegan sandwiches on the menu, as well. The juice bar has lots of yummy organic options. The to-go options in the deli fridges were plentiful and tasty. Everything was reasonably priced and helped us stay stocked-up for our trip!
