Contribuiți la feedbackThe food at this restaurant is amazing. The service is excellent. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was $100+. The atmosphere was great. Highly recommended dishes include the Pickled Onions, Petite Filet, Cheese Plate, Octopus, Orange Juice Mimosa, Huevos Rancheros, Lamb Shank, and Lobster Bisque.
I had a wonderful dining experience at Manzanita, the restaurant at the Ritz Carlton hotel, during a family reunion in June. The journey to the restaurant on the gondola added a sense of adventure to our visit. The ambience at Manzanita is exceptional, perfect for any special occasion. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel valued. The transition to a buffet-style menu during these challenging times was a smart move, with a great selection of dishes including succulent duck, perfectly seared scallops, delightful shrimp with brussel sprouts, and delectable crab dishes. The highlight of the meal was the amazing tiramisu dessert that left us delighted. We had a small hiccup when we missed the gondola's early closure, but the Ritz Carlton staff went above and beyond to arrange a van to take us back to our lodge. Their care and service truly made our visit unforgettable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food and service are average. Ambiance is very nice. Prices for main dishes are expectedly pricey but sides and miscellaneous items are very expensive. Examples, not including tax and tip: $8 for a cup of black coffee, $8 for 1/4 avocado on the side, $12 for a side fruit cup. Expect to pay $50-$75 per person for breakfast. (UPDATED) *They did substitute without an additional charge, thank you. Added stars. Leaving the original post because it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place* (ORIGINAL) I don’t like posting negative reviews but the management at Manzanita needs to adjust their response to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. They have one omelet option and it comes with ham and bacon. I do not eat pork and I believe that is pretty common. I requested to substitute another protein and was told I would be charged. When you’re paying $34 for an omelet already and they want to up charge you another $8 to substitute is poor poor service. Side note: can’t have dairy either and I got charged for the avocado substitute, expected. I just paid $50 for an omelette. I hope Gordon Ramsay made it! Dietary restrictions: Management needs to figure out how to accommodate. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3
Amazing service and ambiance. My partner and I are vegan, and they are always extremely accommodating and the service is always exceptional.
