Fuddhism - Truckee

Wow! This is some of the best food I've ever tasted. My parents recently had a day out and couldn't stop raving about this place when they returned, so I knew I had to try it myself. The positive atmosphere and delicious food create such a fun and refreshing dining experience. If you're in Lake Tahoe, I highly recommend taking the drive to Truckee to enjoy this restaurant along with other hidden gems the area has to offer. The 20-hour tri-tip was absolutely perfect; I've never had a better piece of meat in my life. Jen, who works there, is such a delightful person. She brings so much sunshine and joy and always shares fascinating stories. Plus, the menu changes weekly, so make sure to visit when you can! If I could, I would give this restaurant a 9 out of 5. Don’t miss out on a fantastic meal here!

Our takeout Thanksgiving dinner in 2022 was exceptional. The range of turkey dishes was simply fantastic. The sides added so much flavor to the meal. We even enjoyed the Green Beans with Almonds, which used to be my mother's favorite. Thank you for making this Thanksgiving so special!

This review isn't focused on the food; it's all about the owner and chef. THEY ARE AMAZING PEOPLE! Jen and John bring such wonderful energy and have diverse tastes. They have a sophisticated sense of humor, but they warm up nicely after you spend a little time with them. Overall, they're fantastic individuals, and I would happily eat anything they prepare. #notapaidreview

A fresh surprise! The ribs were tender and fell off the bone! The salmon pizza was fresh and yummy! The sushi bowl was perfect. A great twist on sushi fresh is the key word! Quinoa salad and broccoli was the best! The service was friendly and relaxing. A wonderful way to start our weekend! thank you!

We Love Fuddhism! The Food is outrageously great. Jen her staff cater our Thursday afternoon Rotary meetings here in Truckee attendance has gone up due to her consistently awesome cuisine. I recommend Fuddhism to anyone looking for a great dinner OR catering an event or party! Yay Jen!
