Brasserie De La Paix - Troyes

The best meal we had in our short-break to France! We toured around the centre and came back to this one near the market. The choice of classic food was very good and the cooking did not disappoint. Wines and service great too. Bustling bistro. This is why we go to France!

Very fresh and well cooked products. On the menu we offer a glass of Champagne.

We enjoyed the traditional andouillette. The potatoes are tender and the sauce is delicious.

Nous sommes retournés en famille au Café de la Paix cette fois-ci. Un restaurant familial... on le ressent vraiment. Très bon accueil et conseils !! La cuisine est traditionnelle et servie en grande quantité. Merci encore pour le petit geste pour l'anniversaire de ma maman. Nous reviendrons très bientôt !!
