I absolutely adore this restaurant! Zoyo has always been one of my top favorite spots to eat. However, as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I find it a bit risky to dine here because all the toppings are mixed together, increasing the risk of cross contamination for someone like me who has celiac disease. I believe that you could request to have toppings brought from the back if you prefer to be on the safe side.

Great experience! The staff were very accommodating with my tree nut allergy, even getting toppings from the back for me. All I had to do was ask! The flavors were unique and delightful. I especially enjoyed the almond roca.

Guy who was up front was kind of creepy and barely wore gloves. He also kept asking me and my friend very strange questions while we were cashing out. Place didn’t seem very sanitary when handling some of the toppings and so on. Didn’t feel comfortable eating my frozen yogurt and no one should since they seem very unsanitary.

The owner made me extremely uncomfortable during our conversation and was very unsanitary. they do not pay attention to allergies either.
