The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill- Troy City Center

Really enjoyed our Great Greek Chicken Gyros tonight. The chicken was moist, and flavorful. Tzatziki is top notch. Lightening fast curbside service too. Thank you!

My first time ordering here, I went inside to order and the person that took my order was super friendly. I didn't wait long for my food, and the food smelled so good on my drive home. I ordered the Avgolemono Soup, Great Greek Gyro, Feta Fries, and Baklava. Feta fries didn't really taste super special, but the fries were still good! Definitely will be coming back for more, highly recommend this place!

This was my first time at The Great Greek even though it opened up a while back, and I'm glad I went! I placed an order for curbside pickup for a scheduled time later in the evening, and oddly enough got an automated text saying my food was ready 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time. While odd, I showed up at the scheduled time anyway and the food temps were perfect, so I wasn't totally sure what happened. Anyway, I tried the chicken gyro, avgolemono soup, and a side of falafel, and all tasted great. Portions were extremely generous as well. Everything was well packaged, and care was clearly put into the prep of the food. All of that plus tax and tip came out to $19, which is pretty cheap for what you get! Shortly after I wrapped up I got a text asking for a survey to rate my experience. I gave them a 4/5 in their own system, explained the pickup order notiifcation, and added that the food was excellent anyway, and got a note back from the manager in less than 5 minutes explaining everything. Now THAT is customer service! Speaking of which, curbside pickup was a breeze. I placed the order online, parked out in front, called the store number, and a the worker came out in a surgical mask and gloves. I personally use curbside to lower my exposure risk during the pandemic, and from this experience its clear they take it seriously as well. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit and will be back soon!

Some co-workers and I stopped in for lunch. Loved this place and chilled atmosphere. The staff all had on mask and gloves plus signage for social distancing and tables/chairs spaced adequately apart. The food was fresh and delivered to our table. I order the Avgolemono Soup and the Greek Salad with Gyro Meat. I highly recommend this restaurant when you are in the Troy area.
