Sakai Japanese Bistro - Troy

It was Father's Day. The service is unmatched. The staff really cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we have tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely one of the best Japanese bistros. Very recommended!

The biggest thing Sakai has about other Japanese restaurants I was in the area is the diversity. You will not find any whole fish that rides everywhere like this or cold Soba noodles on a hot day. There is a good selection of sushi and more frequent sights such as tempura and beef teriyaki also here, so there are plenty for people who do not want to explore so much. There is a hibachi side here, although it seems that the dining room is the focus and I cannot say I have experience on this side of things. To be fair, the food here is somewhat more expensive, but it is also quite high quality. It is the kind of place to go only once in a while to try something new for me that is a good role for a restaurant, especially one that is a bit more car for those of us near Dayton. Worth the trip.

Great, wonderful staff. We come here so often that they know what our usual is. Kat. Curry for me and Soft Shell Crab and Gyoza for my girlfriend. This is the closest place to my house in Tip City, where I can repair my curry. It's my favorite food. I definitely recommend this place. They also have sushi and ramen as well as other Japanese and Asian dishes. As far as I know, none of the workers are Japanese and this is a bit disgusted, but they are still wonderful people. It's not Coco Ichibanya in Asakusa... But it's still amazing curry. My girlfriend is addicted to the soft bowl crab

Fried rice was a little clear. I'd rather have mixed more carrots and peas with him. Apart from the rice that was a little clear, the food was very good. It was cooked quickly. There was no engagement from the cook, which was also a relaxed entertainment style.

Super place for Japanese food. This was probably the best hibachi I have ever had, and I had a very good sushi appetizer. The service was very friendly and very efficient.
