Their food is amazing. Their food truck is also top notch, one of the cleanest food trucks I’ve ever seen. They have it set up like a true commercial kitchen so that the food that comes off the truck is just as good as if you were in a sit down steakhouse.

My girl friend and I ate dinner at Preston’s on Feb 17th of this year on our way back home to Michigan from Florida. Food (we had their juicy burgers), atmosphere, and service were terrific. What I liked best was that the owner came around to every table checking on everyone’s comfort. Striking up a conversation with him he told me about his bbq then headed back to the kitchen to work. Bout half hour later he reappeared at the table with samples of his bbq for us to taste. We thought that was the epitome of southern hospitality. Good food and great hospitality. Can’t beat it. Could not eat vegetables due to a lot of salt. Waiting for food took an hour. The manager came around but did not help his own staff, who were obviously struggling. Never going back to eat there! I asked for a fresh serving of my vegetable replacement, and it never came. It was too expensive for poor customer service!
