Mission Bbq - Troy

The have it on lock down. Everything was excellent. The meats were spot on and perfect. The only concern is the greens. They seemed similar to canned greens. Otherwise the place is amazing definitely better then anything in Oakland County so far!!!

I was impressed from the cashier down the line. The place was very neat and clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Josh, the KM in training, checked on our table shortly after we started eating and it left a big impression on me. Keep up the great work.

We’re so so happy we chose Mission BBQ to cater our wedding! They had frequently catered weddings at our venue before, and they knew exactly what to do. It was the one thing we knew we didn’t have to worry about on the big day, because they were completely on top of everything. We got so many compliments on how great the food was! Liz, the catering manager, was so awesome. Mission BBQ was definitely the MVV (Most Valuable Vendor) of the day!

My co-workers have Mission BBQ every week. This week I joined them (rather than just take out). I was impressed. Today I had the half yard bird; it was seasoned well. The sauces were second to none. I like the KC sauce and the old smoky a lot. The seasonal Baja sauce is (in my honest opinion) even better. I'll defiantly be back. The respectful national anthem at noon is a nice touch.
