Mcdonald's - Troy

When I first went to the whole place, it was extremely dirty. there were crumbs on all tables, under the tables, empty boxed on the floor. piles of straight to dirt on the floor and stain on the tables. there was even a used hair net just sitting on a table. the counters were the registers were dirty. the kiosks have picked up stickers on the screens. if they want to pay at the kiosks, it will not be on most of the because the POS systems are broken, but there are no signs that they are. the only other option is to get one entry to pay at the switch, but it also does not print any revenues, no sign again saying that it is broken. one of the Soda machines does not even work, but again no sign that also. There are stained and dried soda scions on the counters there. there are no lids, but when they ask for one of the hired, they seem to be an adjustment with anyone who asks, but do not seem to want to fill the lids again. the employees stood to laugh and talk while the customers are waiting there to be helped. also ordered certain items, it is even printed on the ticket that put on eating, but still the wrong items.

I usually don't get mcdonalds, but if I do, it's a tasty bite for me. whatever. The staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is always clean when I visit. I go there frequently, and during my first few visits, they remembered me and recognized who I was. A place like this, with such welcoming people, makes me feel at home every time I come back. Food: 5/5.

The service was disappointing; I received cold fries and a burnt chicken sandwich. It's essential to check your food before leaving the drive-thru. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the quality of the food is consistently subpar. I shouldn't have to request fresh fries. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
