Could not recieve order, not delivered on time to meet deadline. shop did not recognize 11:50 schedule on doordash.

Barely any tuna or deli meat on either sub. For the amount these subs cost I shouldn't have two inches of zero meat on either end. Normally they get it right definitely dissatisfied and will rethink ordering again.

Jimmy Johns is extremely slow at making the sandwich's it took forever to order it and anytime I would DoorDash it took forever for them to make other peoples food. All around slow and makes it a pain for everyone.

I ordered a quarter cut pickle and it was not in my order.

The food was fresh and ordered when we went in the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jimmy John was very busy at our Saturday lunch. The food was filled and the seating area gave us a place to go over our Christmas list.
