I could be not far from my car. I had forgotten to mark my booking ground floor room so I had been allocated a first floor room, but when my wife advised them about my mobility issues, we were moved to a ground floor room. Continental breakfast was ok and free for our rate. The staff we met were very helpful and our room was serviced during the day too. Well located for getting around the area. Although not totally suitable for wheelchair users, it made a pleasant base and is from an age when buildings were not designed with disabled people in mind. A few steps to negotiate but manageable.

We used the Moonraker as our fabulous wedding location and it was so so perfect. The team here are amazing, I would like to say a personal thank you to Suzie and James who made the day go so perfectly, along with the events manager Carisma. We love the feel of the Moonraker and would highly recommend to anyone considering this as a wedding location. Thank you again to all those behind the scene we didn’t see kitchen staff the food was fab! The housekeeping team allowing for such an easy check in service and having a selection of rooms ready early all your hard work was noticed.
