Dixie's Fish Chicken - Troutman

I ordered the fried chicken, and it was the best I've had to date. The service was excellent; our server checked on us multiple times. The side dishes were generous in portion and absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable too.

This is an excellent restaurant. The fish is absolutely delicious, and their fish and chips are wonderfully traditional. I'm a big fan of the baby founder served with the skin left on. The chicken has a beautifully subtle flavor. The staff is fantastic—always friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The price was great. I bought a family combo with 8 pieces of fish and 8 chicken pliers and 2 pages. Also had large milkshakes. Enough food to feed 4 adults for less than $40. It wasn't the price that made it so great. The food was surprisingly good.

Absolutely delightful food and service! The fried chicken was incredibly fresh, and the fries were crispy and served hot. The restaurant is a bit understaffed, so be prepared for a wait, but rest assured, the delicious food makes it worth it!

If you like fish, shrimp, onion rings, and hush puppies this is the place to go. Even the sweet tea is good here. I got to taste pretty much everything they have and it's all good and I couldn't ask for a better waitress. They are fast and very courteous.
