Mat Fra Hagen - Trondheim

Hagens menu is quite small, only four items and one salat when I visited. I went for her spicy hassburger, as for me the quality of this plate says a lot about the kitchen (in my experience as a vegan, most can make a passable package, bowl or salad. during the burger was delicious and juicy, neither was the seasoned nor the eating hot. I was the only customer, so there's no excuse for eating a lukewarm. there was also an inconspicuous smell of bratöl, which probably had to be changed. made for an underwhelming experience.

We really enjoyed the buffet. the menu was amazing with a lot nice and also the rice with green curry was delicious. they can also take a sandwich or wrap and some sweet potato friries and salat as side. the place has a great atmosphere with wood and plants and the staff was friendly.

Delicious juicy spicy and very well made organic dishes. I enjoyed every bite. I will come back very clearly for more vegetarian food!

Delicious and healthy eating with great trips! in the last 3 days it was 3x times. very good burgers with even better salatable! if I have them in the hand, the people come to me to ask where they can also get it!

We had avocado roll and sweet potato fries which were good, but the falafel roll was not up to expectations. It contained some burnt pieces of one ingredient, which really pulled the rest of the experience down. Previously their falafel roll has been the go-to in Hagen, so I hope this was a one-time thing.
