Tim Hortons - TROIS-PISTOLES

I had to wait in the parking lot for what felt like an eternity and never received my lunch. When I finally went inside the restaurant, I saw a group of stoners and decided to leave without eating. I will not be returning.

The service at this restaurant is awful. One of the employees was repeatedly yelling at their colleagues. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and had to send it back twice. The first time because I received the wrong item, and the second time because it was cold and the cheese was not melted. The service was incredibly slow and I noticed other customers returning their orders as well. My advice for the restaurant would be: slow down to ensure you get things right the first time.

The Tim brothers should all have the same quality. First of all, this restaurant is as cold as a refrigerator. We ended up eating in the car. The service is friendly, but the waitress is definitely not in a rush, more like she's in space. At least my coffee was good.

Le service laisse à desirer. Mais quand je suis rentrée dans les toilettes, j'ai jamais vu un Tim avec des toilettes aussi sales. Des excréments sur le siège de toilette et par terre. La salle de toilette du garage où j'ai été par la suite,était cent fois plus propre
