The host is a solid rock in the place and guests like to come to him because the meals are deaf and you have the feeling that you are a guest at a friend. Since the host often waits alone, perhaps with his daughter, if it is especially full, it is not that a waiter is always paratically, but he can also keep the prices in the appropriate range. I've been going to oxen with my wife for 10 years and we don't want to eat anywhere else.
Our stay at the restaurant on 29.10.2020 was disappointing. Food and food quality below average (meat dishes with finished sauces were overpriced in relation to the price). Wirt was unfriendly and gave an unmotivated impression. His Corona mouth protection was permanently under the chin, even if he served guests. Local has a beautiful historical ambience. Restaurant is not recommended.
