Star of Siam - Trinity Beach

After reading the reviews, we were puzzled by the low scores given by some people because the food was delightful and the service was excellent. We ordered the curry puffs, massaman beef curry (which had incredibly tender meat and was bursting with flavor), and green chicken curry. The portions were very generous and we had difficulty finishing it all.

We tried the Stir Fried Seafood (Pad Ka Prao Talay) and it was incredibly tasty. The BBQ Octopus was also amazing. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Cairns!

Have had penang curry chicken and beef massaman takeaway twice. Both times the flavours were amazing.

Hidden gem !! I cannot believe this place has any bad reviews. Our experience was awesome from start to finish. The customer service was fabulous, restaurant was practically full the owner waitress did it all on her own. We ordered the red chicken curry, beef massaman, pad thai for mains Flavours were amazing the beef quite simply fell apart. We are big thai fans have eaten in many many restaurants this was up there with the best. Thank you Star of Siam, we will be back

Despite its location, this restaurant does not disappoint! The food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it one of our favorite places to eat when we visit Cairns. The service is excellent and the dishes are seasoned perfectly. Our go-to appetizers are the chicken satay and chicken wings, which are not overly breaded or sauced. You can't go wrong with this restaurant.
