Zushi - TRIESTE

Buona varietà di piatti vegani con ingredienti insoliti, ma purtroppo non mi sono particolarmente piaciuti. Aggiornato dalla recensione precedente del 14 novembre 2023.

The place is located centrally in the city. They have three types of vegan nigiri (tofu, avocado, tomato), one maki (with tofu, fig, asparagus and chives), two desserts (vegan cheese cake, mango), a vegan tako and some vegan starters. The taste is very good. They have gluten-free soy sauce and take special attention to allergies. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-22

I warmly recommend Zushi to fellow vegans! We had a great evening there, they have tasty vegan miso soup, takito, a selection of vegan sushi rolls (with asparagus and tofu and almond, with tomato, with wakame, with tofu and with avocado) which we shared (we are a couple). The atmosphere in on the terrace was also nice and the waiters were SO nice! We had a sake on the house just because we had to wait too long for it.

Some strange sushis, like cream cheese or fruit. Don't think Japanese people would appreciate it. I had the vegan Poke bowl and a sushi with avocado, one with tomatoes and one with tofu. It was okay.

I highly recommend Zushi to passengers!
