We trusted tripadvisor and gave this place a little further from the city center a chance. Walking by I would have never entered, because it was empty and the lighting is not very cozy, but the food and wine were really great. The white housewine was delicious, the fish-antipasti (a salad) and lasagna, pasta with sausage and radiccio, and fish with potatoes were really good and filling. The dessert of Tiramisu was super good as well. The service didnt speak german or english, but we managed and he was nice and polite. We would definitely come again!! This places proves that a restaurant doesn't have to be expensive to be good!

Lovely fresh bread to start. I had a fabulous fresh fish (orata) served with roast potatoes. It was most taste and excellent friendly service. My wife had a steak (roast beef) which was cooked to perfection, served with chips. Beautiful choice of wines. Desert (tart) was to die for. Highly recommend this restaurant and can’t to come back.

The food was good and very tasty. The owner was very nice and kind even if we didn't speak Italian. The prices are good as well.

Eating at this Trattoria is like eating in the home of the chef and his wife. There are perhaps eight tables and it is clearly frequented by local people who know good food. The chef is behind a small counter and cooks at his stove. The pasta is homemade and he goes each morning to the market for fresh produce and fish. On our first visit we had pasta Bolonese and it was a huge portion. I didn't think I would be able to finish, but that turned out to be no problem. On our second visit we had the risotto with many shrimp and it was wonderful. House wine and bread all very good. Desert wonderful. We had a chance to converse with our waitress who is also the wife of the chef who was very pleasant. This is a great little place, not to be missed if you want authentic food made by authentic people. The meals were very inexpensive which made it even more enjoyable.

They dont respect opening hours. I was there at 9pm. The door was half down and they told me: we are closed!! I was disapointed, because I had read all the nice reviews. :
