Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience, the problem is that they are repeat offenders, there are always products missing when you order from home, then when you call they say to write to the complaints when it's just a tactic to make people not want to going to complain due to an operation that wastes time and is never successful as it is a complex procedure. Starting from the fact that it is a fastfood restaurant but the order I was given was missing toast and the sandwiches had no condiments so it already sucks, without the sauces it is even worse. A note for the manager, before hiring someone, make sure they understand the Italian language because they are ridiculous mistakes and I think it is the absolute worst service that has happened to me, they don't even make these mistakes at kebab. p.s.
