Kartoffel Restaurant Kiste - Trier

Walked pass this restaurant as it's near our place that we stayed, saw that they have some Trier specialization. So, went for a quick bite for dinner after long day of walking. They have a lots of menu to choose from so we decided to ask for recommendation on sausage and pork dishes. The food was great. It's the first time we tried spissbraten. It's very tasty with very sweet onion. The sausage tastes good as well. The price is also very reasonable.

Great value for the price. You can be sure you will have a great meal whatever you order!! The staff are friendly and speak English. Must visit for anyone going to Trier.

Great service, very friendly and very fast. Extensive menu, of course focused on potato dishes, and everything we tried was good. Not expensive at all!

Managed to get a table with no waiting, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything arrived quickly, beer and food. The schnitzel was extremely good, one of the best I've ever had. Amazing value for money. I would happily go here again.

My favourite food here was the chicken, potato and broccoli. Portions are large and the food delicious Pick a local white wine and enjoy!
