A little disappointed with the food. Everything was just cold. Was really looking forward to the orange chicken, but it turned into sugar. Not the best experience today. Maybe another time?

The service at the passage was great! But these burned rangoons are unacceptable.

The food was good. The collection of drives and online order is in the same window. In other words, you need to go through the drive-thru to the pick-up window to pick up your online order??????????????? There should be a separate line for online pick-up orders. You gave only 1 package of utensils and no plates for 3 people???????????? The order was not ready when we arrived??????? There was only one employee there?????

This is about the Hamilton area location. The staff is severely understaffed the woman taking our order not only took our order but also had to take the order from the head said that she was wearing. Because of that I will order was messed up and we were not happy. This also took a very very long time. We were three people and each other orders were interrupted by orders coming in through the headset. And the order was wrong. The company needs to take care of their staff and not stress them out the way that they are now.
