Panchero's Mexican Grill - Trenton

This was our first time dining here tonight. My bowl was small and they forgot to include the cheese, but the food was delicious.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. The woman who I believe was the manager was so rude that it made me want to leave before even finishing my meal. I won't be returning; there are plenty of other burrito places where you won't be treated this way. Don't waste your time with this staff.

The staff has no idea how to make a good tortilla or properly packed a burrito. they fall apart as soon as I develop the film. will not come back because ive never had a problem with another pancheros site.

I was a long-term customer at this location. Sometimes I ordered weekly. I placed an order through the app for something they no longer had. Nobody made me aware of that. You simply took it to replace yourself and fill the order then calculate the price for the originally ordered item. The first person I spoke to was hung on me. The second person denied able to help bc he claimed it was not his problem to address app errors bc ? he does not run a business an app?. Both were very rude, did not hear and talked about me for the duration of the call. No customer service or problem-solving skills at all. You didn't even ask me what I wanted. Just defense. You'll never get a penny from me anymore. I've been there for years and the management staff (other staff are great) doesn't welcome you, smile, make small conversations or try to be friendly so this was just the icing on the cake.

Went here about a year ago and ordered again today. The quality has gone way downhill and they have cutback the portion sizes but still charge the same. Two tacos here equate to one medium taco from other Mexican restaurants.
