Lakeview Inn Cafe - Trenton

On Saturday night, I visited a charming small-town restaurant that served excellent prime rib. The service was fantastic, with friendly and chatty staff who added to the experience. I ordered the princess cut prime rib, cooked rare, and it was perfectly hand-cut and served just right. The meal came with a generous baked potato, green beans, and a roll. I also tried the salad bar; if I had to critique anything, that would be it, but to be honest, I'm more of a meat lover, so it didn't bother me too much! Ice cream was included, and iced tea was complimentary, which was a nice touch.

Wow!!! This cafe is a hidden gem that I can hardly believe I found! The new owner and his fusion cuisine are simply the best I've tasted in ages. I'm originally from Southern California and recently moved to Denver, and I can confidently say this is the best food around! If you have the opportunity, you absolutely need to check it out and experience it for yourself! Delicious!

New ownership has brought fantastic food at amazing low prices to this restaurant. The service is excellent, and you really need to give this place a try! They offer a buffet at lunchtime, which is a great option. I'm excited for when the new owner begins bar service—it will make this place even better. There's plenty of parking, and the large windows provide a lovely view. Don't miss out on their delicious pies, and be sure to try the biscuits and sausage gravy—they're outstanding!
