7 West Grill - Trenton

Great service! Our waitress, Maddy, was fabulous. She interacts with everyone while she is serving the table. Will definitely be going back and hoping to be in her section again. Upbeat atmosphere, good food and drinks. 5 stars all around!!

First time coming. Had a waitress by the name of Maddie. Watched our food set in the kitchen window for at least 10 minutes along with the table next to us food as well. Everyone’s food was cold. When I said something to the waitress she got an attitude, snatched the food off the table without saying a word, and stomped off to the kitchen window. It was very apparent she was complaining about us sending back one plate of food out of the 6 plates that came out cold. When she brought back the food I tried to speak with her kindly about what had happened. She kept cutting me off trying to talk over me.. still had a horrible attitude and never came back to our table for refills, to check on us, or to give us a check. Completely unacceptable after just trying to get a hot meal after a long day. This young woman should not be in the service industry and has a lot to learn about how to treat others. I was kind to her and she was nothing but rude in return.

Mondays are my favorite. Bartenders are great crowd is nice.

I was working in Trenton for a couple of weeks from Canada and ate here multiple times based on a recommendation from the staff at Deien Chevrolet. I ordered 2lbs of chicken wings the 1st time expecting regular sized wings and regretted it.. The wings are HUGE and delicious! Start with a 1lb and order more if you need them. Seriously, the biggest damn wings I've ever had. Parking: Parking out front.

Ordered 1/2 lb burger with fries. Took forever to come out; when it did, the burger looked amazing but... the fries were literally room temperature. We sent the fries back. Then we cut the burger in half; it was raw. Not rare, not undercooked, it was cold raw. No idea how the outside of the burger was grilled to perfection but the inside was raw. We sent it back. It returned 10 minutes later; fries still cold, burger still raw. This took us 52 minutes to arrive at this point. We gave up; the kitchen was a disaster, but our server was trying to keep it together. She comp'd our drinks and told us no charge; I tipped her $20 for her efforts and we walked across the street to Mexico on Main. Haven't been back; don't know if they fixed their problems or not but don't really want to be guinea pigs to find out.
