How does Tim Hortons have 0 customers service training. My dad and I went to Tim Hortons, my dad’s card got declined due to bank’s problem. The lady looks very young with an attitude towards my dad and I, after trying again I paid the lady yelled: “ OK, YOU HAVE MONEY” girl that is NOT a JOKE to speak to a customer no matter I have money or not you don’t talk to customers like this. Lady you should start getting a CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and stop giving people disgusting and disrespectful behavior that you think you r ACTING COOL. UNBELIEVABLE

Put more people on front counter and you wouldn't constantly have customers walking out pissed off. The lack of customer service in this location is beyond belief.
