Tim Hortons - Trenton Canada

I had coffee and wraps during my visit. The food was average – nothing special, but nothing bad either. It was quick and convenient.

The wait times here are unbelievable. The French vanilla coffee from this location is always extremely hot—so hot that it's almost unbearable. I enjoy my drinks warm, but this is just excessive. It takes over thirty minutes for it to cool down to a drinkable temperature.

The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I had the farmer's wrap with sausage for breakfast, which was delicious and quite filling.

This morning, I noticed they are supposed to open at 6 a.m., so I pulled up at 6:35. To my surprise, the drive-thru was blocked off with cones. I parked out front and saw three employees sitting outside enjoying their coffee and smoking. I waited about 10 minutes, thinking they needed time to get inside and prepare, even though it was nearly 40 minutes after opening. When I finally went inside, the employees were hiding in the back, and I couldn’t get my coffee or breakfast before work. I’m not sure if the hours are inaccurate or if they were just being lazy since it was a Sunday morning. Regardless, it would have been nice to be acknowledged while I stood at the counter hoping to get my coffee. They completely ignored me, which ruined my morning and started my day off on a bad note. If the hours are indeed wrong, I apologize for this review, but if they were supposed to be open at 6 a.m., why weren’t they ready and working? It was 40 minutes past opening, and all they had out was a single pot of coffee, which I assume was just for themselves, not for customers. Overall, I love Tim Hortons, but they could definitely improve their customer service.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order. A staff member even made eye contact with me while she went to search for chocolate milk, but apparently, she couldn't be bothered to inform anyone that I was waiting at the register. This place is very negligent. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I ended up leaving and ordered from the location up the street, where the staff was much friendlier.
