Sabor Mexican Mediterranean - Trenton

We drove 45 minutes to try them and were not disappointed! Vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, many vegan protein options (including chorizo), and large Mexican flavors. Completely separated vegan menu with tons of choice. I didn't try the Mediterranean items, but they sounded good. I will definitely be back!

Delicious! Crispy Potato Tacos, 7 layers Dip, Queensadilla, Dessert were amazing! You have a full fridge with vegan desserts. The Rangers Cookies are addicted and cupcakes are so moist and tasty. Eat or order from their website. Id give them 5 stars, but happy cow only allows for up to 4 stars for places with Omnivore options.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Cupcakes are so soft, moist and rich. Absolute jewel of a restaurant!!

This restaurant offers a separate vegan menu with a variety of options, including desserts. They also use a separate grill and fryer for vegan dishes. It was refreshing to have so many choices available. I ordered a vegetable bowl with beans and rice, while my companion had a burrito, and both dishes were excellent. Overall, a great experience for Veganuary.

Their food is delicious, the street tacos we had were some of the best mexican food we've had in ages. They had an entire vegan menu, which was as sizable as the menu for non-vegans. There were even delightful cakes and cheesecakes which were all made by the family who runs this little place that were ALL vegan. There were even vegan gluten free options on the menu, which was easily seen in a little sign laid on the counter. When we arrived the gentleman behind the countered asked if we were vegan, made sure we knew that the menu he showed us was entirely safe for us to enjoy, and even gave us tips on other vegan places in the area. Between the delicious food and excellent, friendly service I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to take my vegan and non-vegan friends here.
