Focacceria Belvedere - TRENTO

This hidden gem of an eatery is a definite must try in Trento. Their foccacias are varied, tasteful and decently priced. A slice a small (500ml water cost me around €3.50. I had the foccacia with tomatoes and olives, and the one with mozzarella, onions and anchovies. Others were on display (with potatoes, onions, bell peppers, etc.... and quite tempting but I had to refrain. To find it: On the road leading to the Duomo 's main entrance there is a place called Line Cafe. Next to it there is a narrow street. Walk all the way in and Belvedere is right in front of you. Another way in is from Piazza Duomo. As you are walking towards the main entrance on your right you will see a tiny jeweller 's (Giolleria . Soon you pass it, on the wall you will see 'Vicolo dei Birri '. Walk in and keep looking on you right as a few meters in you will find Belvedere.
