Roots - Trencin

A better indication of being in an apartment would be business because I hardly saw signs and the entrance to the building is narrow.

I really don't like to get so low full of vegan restaurants. like other vegans I think I tend to root and sometimes forgive some things simply because the business is completely vegan and I am confident that it should be rewarded. But this time I could not root for roots naturally there are positive results. the place is minimalist, but very cozy with super friendly things, and has great prices considering that they are located in the historic city center. during our visit, however, it seemed nothing else to align the way and wise as it should. we arrived at 1 o'clock and were not in the mood for the lunch menu, so wanted to order something from the regular menu. After we ordered the burger, we were told they ran out of the bungalows. they offered to make it as sandwich for us, so we went for it. after that we were told that, as it is the regular and not midday menu, we had to wait (there was only another table to time). the homemade limonade had unresolved sugar (equipped a lot of it), and the water with ice had small, unidentified particles in it possibly the glass/shape, to which ice was not properly cleaned? sweet potatoes 'fries' were either not fried, but baked, or fried, and they have forgotten one of the sauces we ordered. overall, the whole presentation appeared very amateurist, as if they had just opened the business and everything was fine tuned. as mentioned in the cheating, a lot of it could be overlooked (everybody can have an off-day) when eating was amazing, but unfortunately, that was also not the case and while it was o.k, it was hardly anything to write home. in the did, a few days later I have difficulty remembering something specific about eating, except that 'meatball' sandwich was a beautiful idea, but from some reason was super dry. we give them a further chance next time we are easy because we want them to be good as any other vegan restaurant, but rating higher now just won't be honest. I wish they would prove us wrong.

I highly recommend this place. I have often visited roots and meal times were always delicious and every time I got snack as well. I ordered cakes and sweets during ostars and it was heavenly good.

I had not expected to find a vegan restaurant in trenčín, so when I saw that on happycow, I had to try it on my trip there, of course. it is a beautiful place that serves a daily menu as well as some lasting dishes. we have tried the daily menu and one of their homemade limonade, everything was great. I will eat here in a definitive way when I go back to trenčín.
