Trattoria Napoli - Trèbes

I just had lunch in this restaurant because it was one of the few places open when I arrived. I had no expectations and ordered the lunch de Jour. Three courses for 18 euros. The food was delicious and was presented very nicely. It was the best lunch I had in France during my week. Would definitely recommend.

Great location on the Canal de Midi in Trebes. We enjoyed the Pasta Carbonara while I had suggested the pizza from our friendly waiter. The portions were large and the food was tasty.

Was very happy we chose this unassuming canalside restaurant as opposed to Le Quai or Poissonnerie Moderne which we had tried before. Very good main dish Involtini (spinach-stuffed veal ballotine wrapped in ham and cheese). Not so impressed with Tuna Tartare but friends liked their...frogs legs starter! Nice waiting staff.
