Burbello - TREBASELEGHE

We were really satisfied: elegant and welcoming place, delicious pizza, light and well-leavened pasta. Andrea deserved the prestigious recognition of the Two Spicchi from the Gambero Rosso and, according to my experience, deserves three.

For personal reasons, I am forced to eat pizza with full-grain pasta, here I find it with a unique yeast and crispness! The combination of flavours and the quality of raw materials is really excellent! Congratulations to all the staff!

Venetian friends brought us to this place because they fell in love with it! A beautiful welcome with a really special service! Exceptional pizza, both with traditional and integral dough. As our Venetian friend says the pizza of Burbello is “an exciting experience”! A very much appreciated discovery! Bravo! When do you open up in Rome???

Large room divided into two rooms. The girls make us so busy, all the staff. The pizzas are good and well seasoned.
