Sparky's Diner - Traverse City

The menu was quite extensive, which was a bit overwhelming since we were expecting typical American diner fare, so we opted for that. The food was delicious, and the portions were VERY generous. We would definitely come back again, and next time, I hope to try some of the Mexican dishes!

Food is great, ambiance is wonderful, servers are very nice, since combining with the store next door the menu has expanded to include Mexican fare. I haven't tried any of the new options since there inclusion, but I can't wait to! Thanks for making wonderful food at a reasonable price! The drive-thru for pickup is a great option also, just remember to call your order ahead. It is NOT fast food!

Sparky's Diner, also known as the best-kept secret in Traverse City right now, is a delightful find. Although they still serve classic diner fare like burgers and all-day breakfast, their real highlight is the spectacular breakfast offerings, including some of the best chilaquiles I've had in a long time. For lunch, you can enjoy impressive tortas (Mexican sandwiches), tacos, enchiladas, and dishes like the crispy short ribs I savored yesterday. The service is quick, and the kitchen staff are true professionals who clearly have a passion for their craft.

We visit every Sunday morning. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal and socialize before our Sunday meeting.
