French toast id rate 3/5, Omelette 4/5. The staff was wonderful, really well worked together to help each other during the rush. Even the chefs worked well with the team. Great experience.
We had a reservation and we sat in a few minutes. Host was friendly and polite. Our server was also very happy and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough great things about this place. I had the eggs Benedict and it was my first time with him and it was absolutely amazing. Their removal containers are also environmentally friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Red Spire Brunch House was a delicious brunch pick. The western omelet was delicious and filled to perfection. The hashbrowns were some of the best I had and the blueberries pancake was to die! I was so happy when I found out you could order a pancake on the page. Definitely a must try when you're in the area.
The food was great. The server was beautiful and attentive. The only problem I have is that it's kind of cramped. Or great.
What a cool place for a brunch restaurant! Red Spire is located in the basement of The Grand Traverse Commons among a variety of cute shops in this historic building. The only downside that we experienced during our visit is that the seating is very limited (small location). We didn't know that they accepted reservations and I HIGHLY recommend that you make one before coming. We thankfully only had to wait a few minutes to be seated about an hour after they opened on a weekday. I had the Nutella Stuffed Banana Bread French Toast and OH MY GOSH, it was to die for! It's definitely a must have if you enjoy sweet breakfast foods. The banana bread is homemade and it also comes with grilled bananas, homemade candied pecans, rum caramel topping, and whipped cream. I was so glad I ordered this! My husband had the Crab Benedict which he didn't think he would be impressed with, but he ended up absolutely loving his meal. Our service was excellent and our waitress kept our coffees full which is something I appreciate! We definitely enjoyed our breakfast here and plan to come back the next time we are in Traverse City!
