The owner made me feel like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Have never seen somebody go so above and beyond. I will buy from him forever. Apitomy of a perfect business owner. Best experience I've ever had in the food industry, wish I could give 10 stars.
I love Jimmy johns, but when you not only ask but pay for extra and don’t get it. That’s irritating. It’s been the past three times I have been there. I even make a generous tip Everytime. They need workers that actually care!! Won’t be going back. Also will encourage my place of work to go else where for get togethers.
Your website isn 't working and won 't allow either of us to submit our complaint there. So please don 't direst us there. It won 't work. We 're going to stop coming here for awhile to give some time for employees to get retained or just some new employees altogether. We were just in today (Thursday) just before 5 and an older lady with medium length blonde hair was extremely rude. Just a few things to point out... She splattered mayo all over and sprayed it on one of our phones. Instead of apologizing and offering a napkin she said, it does that some times. She knew it got on our stuff too. She made mistakes on the two customer orders ahead of us. When requested the mistakes to be fixed, she got more visible angry. Of course, she made a mistake on our food as well. Our number 12 beach club was put on slim bread and none of the items fit on the sandwich because of it. It was wrapped with the items sitting next to the bread. Asking for it to be remade was a whole ordeal and when she fixed it she broke apart the slim bread to force the toppings on the bread, totally ruining the sandwich. I wanted to ask for a refund, but I didn 't want to deal with the extreme rudeness of that lady. There was no leader that stepped in, making me wonder if she was the manager.... Which is horrific.
I just want to say thank you for the awesome surprises I received today a cookie AND a free sandwich coupon. That seriously made my day!!! It’s so nice to feel valued as a customer.
