Taco Bell - TRAVELERS REST

Customer service was great! I don't think I'm a taco person. My daughter loved it. She'll be back.

Nyrh tak was satisfied with this visit. That broke my mind. You forgot nothing.

I usually have no problem with Fast Food Service to be less than friendly because its much pressure with low wages and what not, but the girl who runs the Drivethru here has some serious problems with social interaction. Every time (which used to be very common, but will not be it while it is there) it seems as if I personally made it wrong in any way and it hurts that it deals with me. I wonder what I've done to evaluate such hostility, and I just don't want this kind of contempt to be served with my dinner. Please find someone who is able to smile or say once or twice a day to avoid your orders. I personally know at least a dozen others who would agree and appreciate your efforts.

Driving through the line took very long, 20 minutes and it was not very busy. The lady in the window was rude at the order, and something better when we were in the window. The gigantic wrap-Ulber was a stone tortilla with a little meat. The Burrito supernatant was cold...

Food thrown together, Taco Salad was very small, not as big as a taco, very little beef and mostly beans, and lettuce flabby. Grilled Stuft Burrito, while large, was not folded properly or closed, had no rice, very little beef and consisted of 90% beans. Cost was almost $5.00 and not worth $1.00! The bean burrito did not taste like bean burrito and had a piece of chicken in it. The Tacos were good, but shells were only 1/4 full, maybe less, too much sour cream, flabby lettuce very little cheese, if any. KFC chicken breast was good, no problems with it. The entire order was all there, which was great! Window employee appeared rushed, was not very friendly, but was in a huge hurry and working very hard. Other employees standing around, doing nothing but talking among themselves.
