Kfc - TRAVELERS REST

Went through drive thru and they completely messed up my order.

Walked in waited 15 minutes and walked out. Not my first time either, honestly don't go inside the store you won't get service.

After stopping by this location the 2 previous nights, only to be told they were out of Chicken and the wait would be between 25-30 minutes,I foolishly stopped by one last time. Ordered a 3 piece big box, told that the only available pieces were thighs. Agreed as I wanted “Dark” meat anyways. Got to my hotel and opened my box to find 3 pieces of chicken that had to come from deformed chickens. Actually afraid to eat now. Biscuit beside the three pieces for size comparison

I've always loved KFC. Even more now since they serve grilled.

Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve been to. The fact that they take 22 minutes to give you your order having 0 other customers in line is just ridiculous. Management here is an absolute joke.
