What a DELICIOUS SURPRISE! we saw the small squids dry in the sun, they were half dry for a day. we took it as an appetite maker; OMG the unique taste and freshness bleed in our mouth. the charcoal steamed seabass with lime sauce also made a BIG different, the texture of the fish was so fresh and so delicate; still remember this feeling today! Watch their shrimp paste that should bring it home!
